REAL BAD Dust Problem.

Hi my friend just purchased a Razr and everything was going great until one day. Dust started to formulate on the screen, which was fine at first but then all the dust combined to make ONE BIG dust mark on the screen right in the middle. yes, im sure its dust and not the phone. Can someone please help me? i already searched for this topic and all i got were tips like i should return it and what not. Can someone give me ideas or suggestions please.
