Bitpim Problems(dealing with the LG VX9800)

I've been using Bitpim(the newest version..can't remember what exact number but i know its the updated version)... but the problem is that everytime I try to upload a ringtone/pic.. it gives me this message....
An unexpected exception has occurred.
