Can't find MP3s in sounds

I copied some mp3s to the audio folder on my new V360 but I can't find them in the apps/sounds part of my phone thus can not make a ringtone

Did you upload them to you card? If so go into your sounds menu> hit the top middle button> switch devices and see if they are there. Then copy them to your phones memory.

when I go to that menu the only option it gives me is phone,
is there a reason why I can't access it? t-mobile locked it out perhaps? anyway to change that?

I couldn't say if Tmo did that or not? What did you upload the ringtones with?

I just transferred them to the audio folder

but I did the switch storage device thing to trans on the photos part and now it works on the audio part, go figure.. it works now
