Service like Flickr but for videos?

I am looking for something that has the functionality of Flickr but that does videos. I found youtube.com and I really like it. It even accepts the 3gp format that the palm videos are in. The only problem is you can not submit videos via email so you can't really do a video blog type of thing from the road. I love doing this with Flickr. I take a picture and then email it to a secret email address I set up with flickr, and the pictures show up on my flickr account.
Are than any sites like this for video where I can take a video on the palm, fire up an email or MMS, attach the video and then the video gets uploaded to the site?
