Help! tried to put V3 skin into V3c

Like the title said, I was attracted to one the skins i found on motomodders. Unfortunately, it was for V3 which I figured was the same as V3c (cuz it basically looks the same on the outside...boy am I a n00b). Anyways, now I can't enter into any functions that require me to go through "menu" alarm, calender, etc. and even text message even tho that's the top left button. Everything else seems to work fine tho (camera, receiving/making calls, address book, voice recogition). Still I don't have an alarm clock so the alarm is an essential function. Can someone help me fix this???

BTW: I tried to reflash but I get an error saying can't secure phone
I tried to rename a default theme with the skin I installed (basically renaming and replacing)
I tried deleting the skin

Now don't know what to do anymore...please help!!!

aahhh please help guys. I already spent more than 20 hours without any luck.

now for reflash i'm getting hte error "Cannot connect to subscriber's unit" or something along this line.
