V635 Battery problem

Just flashed up to 80r monster pack but now the battery only lasts about 30 hours.Before this (24R pack) it lasted for days.Does anybody have any idea why this has happened or how to correct it?
P.s if seem editing is required i will need instructions.

I thought that MP was supposed to extend the battery charge!

Just flashed to 6fr mp will try it out and report back.Also i bought a 256mb transflash card at the same time i flashed,I wounder if this has anything to do with it.I will take out and see if it makes any difference.

What were your results, I've also experienced short battery life on 88r; but my phone came with 6fr and would reboot every couple of minutes. I tried 6dr and the phone would still reboot. Very stable on 88r but still unhappy with battery.

So far i've tried with transflash in and phone went down to one bar in within 60 hours which is not bad i suppose (Though the phone had very little use).I am now trying without transflash to see if it makes any difference.My phone worked fine with all monster packs/reflashes,so i suppose every phone is different.Will report back soon.

Tried with transflash out of phone but seemed to make no difference to battery life.Just gonna have to put up with it i suppose.
