My external LCD display cracked.the phone never fell down,never been hit.I had it in the house charging(by the way ,my external display stays light when charging too) all night.I took it in the morning fine,whent to work,it was wery cold outside about -10C. after about an hour at work i found display cracked,no damage to the glass, just visible line across LCD display,and crashed crystals around it.

Thank you again Howzitboy, i just have a question .? This guy on ebay sells
"Motorola V635 V360Caller ID / outer LCD Screen New OEM", but from what i understand V635 and V360 have a different size outer LCD: V360 has
90 x 80 pixels resolution and 9 lines of text, and V635 - 96 x 80 pixels and 7 lines of text. Is it makes any sence that they both have same LCD screen?
