I downloaded a monster pack but its in SBF format, PST wont allow me to select it (doesn't show as a flash file) what do I do?

PST/MFF will not recognize the .sbf format only RSD Lite version 2.3 or higher can be used and google is your friend there.

Thank you. I ended up downloading an SHX and flashed it, it's grand!
