Got my new Dell Latitude D610 laptop. Installed all my motorola modding software (MPT, PST, P2K, etc etc) Ran MPT once and connected to my RAZR fine, backed up my phonebook, Ringtones then while backing up my pictures I got error message "communication link has been broken by phone" Now no matter what I do none of my programs will connect to my RAZR. I've updated MPT, reinstalled drivers, and just about everything I can think of and now no programs recognize that my phone is connected. MPT will find my USB modem manually but when I try to connect it won't connect. Anyone have any ideas??????

Restart the computer. MPT uses special drivers that PST, P2k, and the likes don't. So once MPT takes over your phone, you have to reset to regain control of the device.

btw... why the hell you using MPT. Don't. Use P2k to send pics and the such to your phone. MPT is bad.

agreed. MPT is not friendy software- I never used it until it came with my V3i, I loaded it on my PC and deleted it 15 min later. No thanks.

MPT is a pile, drop it as quickly as you can

Does P2K work with the pink Razr v3c? this is my first phone and I really want to transfer my own pics from pc -- I've been reading about MPT - flashing, bluetooth, etc. Just wondering if P2K would be an easier solution for me.
