Got my Ringtone Ready But Need Help On Transferring to SLVR

Ok well I just finished following every step from Ninetoez's very helpful tutorial but I don't know where to go from here. I bought the SLVR L7 phone yesterday and I really dont know much about this phone unless its about the itunes. I know you transfer the ringtones through the usb cord (i think) but a step to step guide on how to get my ringtone into my phone and setting it up as my new ringtone would be very helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

If you can locate the Motorola Phone tools CD, it will be very easy (no step by step needed) and safe too
