I'm just about to start modding my V3 but I want to backup it up first. Aside from manually uploading files using P2KMan, is there a more automated way to accomplish the same thing for all files including the seems? I also have PST and RSD Lite.

if you know how to use Flashbackup 2.61 or 2.62 and the SHXCoDec program then this will do a full backup by Monsterpack.

if you have bootloader 07.D0 on your phone then you can do a full backup and restore with just Flashbackup.
