This my current decision to be taken.

Pros of Qtek 8310:

- It is now available and tested.

- Lower Price ( for E70 is not decided but it will be higher)

- More software applications in the market

Pros Nokia E70:

- Keyboard

- Better camera ( 2 MP against 1,3)

- VOIP client to be customised (I am thinking in Voipbuster's free calls)

Please help me

I'm personally waiting for the E70 myself. With the style and size of the 6820 (which I really liked), plus the Symbian OS, improved screen, WiFi, and VOIP. Unfortunately, I think we'll be waiting a while for an 850 version of the E70.

In your comparison to the 8310, I don't know if it's fair to say there's more software for the 8310. It is a Windows Mobile 5 device which there isn't too many apps for yet. On the other hand, the Symbian OS has tons of software available.

Two points:

1) The E70 is much larger than the 6820. Look at the measurements. It's a large phone.

2) Windows Smartphone has one big advantage: Windows Media Player. If you plan to stream video, this is your only choice. You can't stream video on S60 devices.

But if streaming video is not important to you, and you don't mind the size difference, then the E70 looks like an excellent phone. It also looks like the email support out of the box will be great.

I think I also read that previous 3rd party version software will not work on the newer symbian phones. All the programs need to be updated. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
