help! with mobile PhoneTools

How do you take ringtones from the Mobile PhoneTools and tranfer them to the v3razr because when i go to open the ringtones in the multi-media section of the program it is a zip file and so it doesn't show the ringtones in the program? If anyone knows what I am talking about or how I can do it please let me know...
P.S. I actually can't get anything from the program onto my phone. 
P.S.S. I have already downloaded it into my computer so that isn't the problem..

well, if the ringtones are in a zip file, you need to unzip it!
