I have had my phone a week now with no problems, untill today. While listening to a mp3 with the headphones, right in the middle of the song, BAM, dead silence. I looked down at my screen and it was all white. A few seconds later it turned off. I held down the power button and the phone turned on with the same white screen. After about 10 seconds the normal start up screens appeared. Has this happened to anyone else?

I would guess it was a corrupted file.

Did it only happen with that one song?

you're lucky it came back to life. mine white screened and that was the end if its short life. on w600i #2...i think it has newer firmware...so i hope it doesnt happen again.

That was the first time I listened to any songs on my phone and I have not had a chance to try it again yet.
