It queries the server every 15 minutes using the GPRS connection and seems to sync my inbox, calendar, contacts and tasks just fine. However, I am unable to reply or send messages. I noticed that when I compose/reply and send a message from the 8125 it syncs to my "sent" items on my desktop computer (ie my exchange profile on the server) at work but does not go out to the recipient. Is this normal for WM5? Is there a setting in exchange I need to get my IT guys to update?
My thinking was that maybe I could get the 8125 to just sync to my "outbox" on the exchange server and maybe then it would send to recipient but that is not an option on the smartphone. Does anyone know how I can get this smartphone to send emails using activesync and the GPRS connection? Thanks... |
