Do a Google or Yahoo search for RSD Lite and follow MotoX guide.

i keep getting the message that says the program encountered an error. i downloaded the "T-Mobile Branded/Unlocked" flexlash and used Motorola PST MultiFlashFlex. i browsed for the file in flash since it wouldn't show up in flex. it encounters the error when it says "checking phone" in the status column.

Have you installed the PST patch? Also the file is a 'Flexlash' file which is a flex file in flash format (.shx)

hey thanks. oh and before i found out about flash/flex, i used p2kmanager and p2k menu editor to edit some stuff to make it look like a tmobile phone. did this have anything to do with the error occuring?

Posted by: andy11189

it worked. thank you again.

I would not think so, it sounds more like a bad install of PST/MFF.
