Motorola Phone Tools Problem..

I bought my girl a motorla v276 a while ago and we ordered a data cable off ebay so she could put ringtones on her phone, it came with a disc for motorola phone tools when we try to install the disc, alotta motorola phones are listed but the v276 isnt listed? am i doing something wrong?

the cable works for the phone...i dunno if phone tools doesnt work with the phone or maybe i need to install some drivers for that phone? is there a driver i can download for the v276? im lost on what i need to do right now to put ringtones on the phone, can anybody help me out?

try live updating the program first. it should work out

hi, i'm new to this . but i bought a motorola phone tools for my V220 and everytime i go back to open it it never works right keeps saying no signal why..., i don't kknow if this is where/ right post but i did. thanks help!!!!!!

live updating is updating your program to the newest versioin. its in the menu, just hit menu and find live update then let it download the files and install it for u.
