treo 600 gsm stuck on hotsnyc mode

hey everyone got my treo 600 yesterday. and now the usb cord doesnt want to work on any pc and it is stuck on the hotsnyc screen which says canceling for like the past 20 mins and i can get it out of the screen, can anyone help?

Press the reset button on the back. That will free it up initially but as to why HotSync is failing, good question.
