Help. Missing "Digital Audio Player" v360

i bought one of the first v360's ; two in fact. The first phone doesn't have anything under "Games and Apps" my second phone has the digital audio player there. Is there a way i can transfer this application? Or is there some other way to get this onto the phone that is missing this?
I am not at all familiar with messing with these tools i have been reading about but i am a programmer so if there is some tips someone can give me it would be appreciated. Thanks.
