Does anybody else have problems with the sidekicktones.com site? it says that it doesnt respond when i try to go on it?

Hey....I seem 2 be having the same problem as u. I have a sidekick 3 and when I log on to the site to try and listen to music and receive email it won't let me. Sometimes when I go to the main page to pick my options it tells me that the page is under construction and will be up soon, but its been like a week now. Get back to me and let me know what happens. Thanks I would really apprciate it.

I had to sign up again because it would reckcognize my s.n + password.. So I did a new account and it still doesn't let me in... I remember requesting some song over 5 months ago and they never put none of the song people requested. I think those guys are maybe giving up on the site due to the fact that we now have a mp3 player plus we can take screenshots of anything and use it as a screensaver. It was usefull as a site for the sk2 but I think they've come to their senses people would rather just add to the mp3 player and make their own screensavers. My buddy nick was the co-owner of sidekick2music.com and they quit the site as soon as they got the sk3 specs.I do miss the png files that let us watch those little funny clips. I don't blame sidekicktones for maybe "giving up" it would been a waste of their time. It was good while it lasted and made the sk2 more usefull.

Yea me 2 I tried goin on and they said he's closing it and selling it because ppl r whinning that their not gettin any sidekicktones sooo...

I know that it has been a very long time since i have posted anything.

As of today July 12th 2007 , Sidekicktones.com Is officially up for Sale!
It has been to much of a hassle for me to complete, maintain, and work on while i work and actually live my life.

If you are intrested in purchasing or co-owning the site please send an email to SidekicktonesForSaleATgmail.com. Please let me know if you are intrested in buying the site, and i will email you back with more questions and info.

For all those that donated the 5 dollars to access the site before it would have opened, i will be sending it back to everyone. Please be patient as there is quite a few of you who donated, but you all WILL recieve it back.

Thanks to everyone for your support the past two years and hopefully the next person to run the site will do a great job. I appologize for the
past few months and hopefully you all will continue to use the site. Thank you once again.

Update To all the people who are writing comments about how you cant send music through the email and thats why im selling the site, your wrong. Big time. Tmobile may have stopped you from being able to send them to your TMAIL address, but if you have activated a pop email acount with google or aim, then you can still get tones and large files via the POP mail of those accounts. You wouldnt be complaining if you knew about that now would you. Thanks to all the people who are just a a bunch of whining babies. You make my life fun. ;-)
