which flash file is right for me? (V220)

Hello,

I have been searching across the internet in and out of various forums trying to understand the flash and flex process. I have come to the conclusion that I would like to flash my V220 to try for improved RF signal.

Now that I have found a few flash files: How the heck do I figure out which one is right for my phone? I haven't yet figured out which one to use. I know I am currently on R364_G_0B.d1FR, which I take to be the factory flash. I have found flashes with the prefix 365- and 368-. Are these okay to use on my phone? Can someone point me in the right direction of decoding the filenames for flash and flex files?

well i went ahead and flashed to flex se85, d2.23r flash using PST. It worked fine, but i forgot to backup my phone book

. Hopefully i can get most of them off an old MPT backup.
