razor vc3 music

Hey. can anyone help me. Just got razor. and the mobile phone tools. I am able to get the music to the phone, but it does not give me the option to use it as a ringtone. I have heard there is a firewall...Does anyone know how to get past it. Is there software, and where can i get it.....
Please help
