E815 Loosing files?

First, a big "THANK YOU" to all who make these forums possible. You've made this phone much more enjoyable to use.
Here is the question.... Bluetooth connections work very well. However, I've noticed that my E815 is missing some media (ringtones and photos). It seems to happen whenever I have a bluetooth connection and either double click on an item (which just opens the file) or if I right click and COPY the file to my computer. If, on the computer I go to "My Bluetooth Places" and browse the phone, the ringtones and pictures are there. If I then COPY the item to the computer and later check the phone, the items are GONE and no longer appear under My Bluetooth Places. Any help would be much appreciated. Also, are these items immediately gone, or is the phone maybe hiding them somewhere?
