so i got a new E815 off ebay and try bluetoothing it to my new laptop with xp sp2 fully updated and the latest drivers and updated mpt.

i have obex working on the phone. just when i try and connect to mpt i get a com port error. saying com port cant be opened. i'm going to try it tomorrow with my friends V551. but it connects fine with the usb cord,

any suggestions on how to solve my com port issue.

i got it fixed!

i was using a linksys usb adapter

all i had to do was open modem propertys in the bluetooth property, and it installed the drivers.
