copying java games FROM phone.

Where do I find information of copying games off of an old phone (V400) to my pc? I've found all sorts of "How-To's" about moving them onto the phone (V551). But I haven't found out how to get them off of an old phone. Could you point me in the right direction? I'm using usb cable and have MPT 3.8, midway, and jadgen. (winxp pro O/S)
