Hello folks,

Well in a nutshell, I gave this phone to one of my friends last year for him to use as a temp 'cause he lost his. So... 6 months later he gives it back (mint condition) and moves to europe to new job.

Now... I have the phone and would like to lend it to another friend for temporary use but now I can't do a master reset. (Got hold of my friend in Europe but hasn't a clue what the secuirty code is) Yes I've tried 000000, 123456 and they all say invalid code.

Does anyone know what codes/keys to press (from a programming perspective) to make my phone back to factory conditions? I could go to my dealer but they usually charge $25.

I am not familiar with the Motorola Timeport 8767 but if it is a P2K phone, you can read the security code by examining SEEM 0076. Just get a copy of P2KSEEM from Motomodders.net and you should be good to go. I would have recommended MotoPhoenix from http://www.motophoenix.com/ but they do not support the Timeport.

if its like the startac then fcn 0000000 then # i think not to sure though worth a shot.
