Is it possible to Unlock a Verizon Treo 650 for the Rogers Netweork??

Hey Guys, i bought a Treo 650 off Ebay which is locked to Verizon. I am on the Rogers network and i need the phone to be unlocked. I called a guy who unlocks phones he says he charges $85, and he said that the treo 650 "Verizon version" could not be unlocked to Rogers. Does anyone know if this is true or not? Does anyone have links to a program to unlcok the verizon phone?

Has anybody been able to unlocked a Verizon Treo 650 to a Rogers?

What's to unlock? 1) The Verizon Treo 650 doesn't use a SIM card so it is not SIM locked to a provider 2) It is CDMA so it will not work with Rogers which is GSM.

You might be able to use it with a different CDMA provider, Bell or Telus as you are in Canada, but it is not going to work with Rogers GSM.
