very very very very long time. Get a card and a card reader, unless you have a few hours to waste. Also, I am not sure if the phone will let you put that big of file in the phone memory, it has limits on how much you can have of ringtones, music, sounds, and video.

That depends on the quality of the video that you've encoded into 3gp or mp4. I use WinAVI (http://www.winavi.com/en/psp-3gp-mp...o-converter.htm) and with my settings, I get an hour of video down to about 150MB. So, on the 1GB card, I could squeeze about 6 hours of video.

If I wanted more, I'm sure I could find lower settings in WinAVI that would be acceptable to watch.
