E815 Power on/off Sounds

Can any one tell me is it possible to do a seem edit or replace files so that my Motorola E815 phone does not play the power on and the power off tunes, I know that I can put the phone in silent and do this but sometimes I forget to take it out of the silent mode so I would like to make it permanently with no sounds on power on or off. Thanks for any help.
