E1 ROKR 45R Firmware???

my wife has a E1 ROKR that has been having a few issues. i tried looking on motorla's web site for firmware upgrades, no luck. then ran across this forum.

she has a cingluar branded US version (from wally world) E1 ROKR with the following

Boot Loader
0A.02.
SW Version:
R373_G_0E.30.34R_A

just wondering if I can update from 34R directly to the 45R firmware

I have firmware R373_G_0E.30.45R_PDS004_LP0024_DRM0101_JPJAVA_G_0E _E790_00_00_23I_GSKKLGOT674WR099_1FF

i can figure out how to backup and upgrade the firmware i just want to make sure I can go from 34R to 45R.
