Burgundy for a male ??

Gettin a new phone in May for sure. Currently have my eyes on either a Vs6 Burgundy or the New SE k610i (burgundy colour). Im leaning towards the red k610i since its VERY classy and elegant i think.

And most importantly, not many ppl will choose those colours so it wont be a "everyone is using it" phone like the k750i.

What do you guys think ? Which one is better ?
and the big question here is...will it be..hmm..."not suitable" for a guy to use a burgundy phone ?

Here are the links for them.

the vs series will be more common (considering there is vs3,vs3, mx7..etc..) which all looks pretty similar.

i think if you decided you'll get a new phone in may, its still early to decide. because the k610i hasn't come out yet and still have to see how it functions. if you're am se fan then go with se..but im still worried about their reception (seems like their newer phones with the loop antenna gets excellent reception.. but other ones aren't so great in that area).
it also depends on ow much each will cost at that time..if ur budget-conscious..

Im not a FAN of any brand in particular. As long as it looks good and have the basic funtions (infra red, megapizel camera) im happy with it. Out of these two i dont think reception or funtions will be a major problem. What im really concerned is is this particular colour right for a guy. And i toally understand one a is a flip and one a candy bar and im ok with both. Not any particular preference.

When the K610i comes it going to be about $450-$500 USD...Thats like twice as much as what VS6 is (VS6 is $240 USD on EBAY right now). So yeah a big price diffrence. You should be thinking bout that or if its doesn't matter to throw away alot a cash then I guess go for the K610i.

Well if you're worried about the color, don't be. Burgundy is a great color for guys, and I personally love the color. I think the K610i will look better though because I can't stand that silver band in the center of the VS6.

So even if you do care about features, get the K610i.

I dont see why not, i would get a red-burgandy phone and not think twice about the color. Even my car is sorta a burgandy wine color.

Whether you are gay or not is determined by whether you like men or not, not by your choice of colors or whatever. Keep that in mind. Gay does not mean effeminate, look up the word bear.

where did the gay part come from? I believe no one mentioned anything about the colour or the phone being gay (for gay people). But I do agree with your point though..people really misuse that word.

P_Lam-I don't know because im not a guy hehe..sooo, regarding the color i think people have posted above that they think its totally fine (or better yet "great colour"). It's unique.
