I have the v710 and verizon. i can not receive text messages from Cell One. i can send messages to everyone including Cell One. i can receive from everone else except Cell one. Verizon customer service and technical service are no help...they say there is nothing wrong.
i can done the master reset and clear. did not help. is there anything on the phone i might be able to do or anything thing else?

It's possible that a Cellular One Customer is having issues sending you text messages.... not the other way around.

the Cell One customer can send to other Verizon customers however. it is just my phone number that cant be sent to and received.

Okay, then I would call Verizon & have them trouble shoot this. It is a carrier issue & not a phone issue.
