Free Alternative to Pocket Copy?

Pocket Copy transfers Palm Desktop contacts, etc to Outlook. But it costs $20. and its been impossible to Sync my 650 with Outlook, so this is my only option because i am getting a 8125 and need to get my info into Outlook.
anyone know of a free software that does what Pocket Copy does?
