E815 and Motorola Bluetooth

Ihave an E815 and the only BT headset that will connect is the Jabra BT250v. I have 2 Motorola BT headsets, the 820 and 850 which the phone can't find nor can it connetc.
Is there soemthing special that has to be done to get them connected? The both connect with my Blackberry so I know there isn't a problem with the headset.
