An Couple of Questions...

Hi, I'm new to phone flashing and never tried it before, I have a Vodafone branded SLVR (L7), and would like to unbranded it to the R4513_G_08.B7.DAR_RB German retail S/W Version,
I pretty much know what I m doing in flashing it. I have got the Motorola Phone Tool 4.04 , backed up all my contacts etc., Then installed RSD Lite 2.3, installed all the drivers so its recognises the phone and am ready to flash it, however my questions is how do i back up my original Vodafone S/W version? just in case I would like to revert back!

Also if flashing to German retail will this affect my ability to use Vodafone Live?

I know there are a couple of S/W version floating about what is the best one to use in terms of software speed, Mp3 players and calenders?

Final question is i have bought a 3.5mm Headphones adaptor, where as it does work but the volume amped from it is extremely low even when the volume is whacked up on everything, is this due to something with in the Vodafone software that makes it do this, will this be fixed if i flash to the German retail?

Also what is the best headset(Wired and Bluetooth) to listen to mp3s on their L7's?

Below is my current Software Information

Flex Version:SE5779AXXB50E2
Technology: Quad-Band GSM
S/W Version: R4513_G_08.B7.5DR_RB
DSP S/W Version: 6318B00
Language list 0339

Done!, It would be much appreciated if my questions are answered,

Thanks!

i think the best for use in USA is the chinese... heard of problems with the german flashes with bluetooth connections...
