Are you on crack? WTF are you doing posting in the Palm forum if you're so obsessed with Nokias? Other than to simply make a nuisance and a fool of yourself?

The 650 is still the best phone out there & will be for a while. Yes, it came out in 2004, like in DECEMBER, your point? It's only 16 months old. Symbian is CRAP compared to Palm OS. If T650s are so obsolete, then show me one Symbian phone that does everything it does. You know why so many people use Treos? Because they RULE. They are a mini-computer in your pocket. You can do ANYTHING with them.

Why don't you just trot on back to the Symbian forums & go back to discussing ringtones, themes, and neato wallpapers!

The GSM Treo 650 came out in 2005. It is 1 year old, and still the best overall smartphone on the market, bar none.

The Treo 700w is actually a downgrade in many ways.

There is Nothing that can top the Treo 650.

So if you want to call the Absolute Best smartphone on the market "old", then yes I am still using my "old" Treo 650.

After trying every smartphone OS out there, I now know that Treo is perfect for me. I love it, it does everything I need it to do and then some. Don't care if it's old or not, it is by far the best.

um yea, your an idiot the one above me, because i dont see your phone with a keyboard and everything. the palm os is more or less a computer. yea its outdated because sooo many people had it and used it. its begining to get outdated because palm is too stupid to update it properly. but symbian is no where near as good as the treo. and i know because ive owned a nokia 6600 6620 a pocket pc (4355 top of the line) and a treo. id have to say that the nokia was realllly nice but its a phone first pda/everything else second. The treo is pda/everything first phone second in my opinion. treo is farr more superior and innovative than the nokia series. DONT GET ME WRONG. its awesome and im considering getting one as a backup (6682) because it is very nice and stylish too

the treo is hands down the best phone of 2005. no phone could come close IMO. ive only had it for a month and i find out new things everyday. im just stingy about buying software lol. even still its one of the best. the wizard series is good but it cant really be used with one hand. so the treo is still the best.

Spoken like a true Nokia fan- its all about the appearance, cool cameras and pretty colors

I have yet to see ANY Nokia outperform a Treo. Yaaaay, you have class 10 GPRS, you still are stuck with a crippled WAP browser on 99% of all Nokias, unless you pay $20+ for a 3rd party HTML browser. And you are so far off about Symbian having more programs than Palm that its laughable. There are hundreds of sites with thousands upon thousands of Palm programs, many of them FREE. And you do need a data plan if you want to get online with ANY phone. What do you think you're buying when you sign up for T-Zones & other provider's counterparts? That's a DATA PLAN.

Nokias are fine for people who want a phone first, & data & PIM stuff second. Treos are for people who want a powerful all-in-one device that can do everything they need. I have had Nokias before, and they are not in the same league as the Treo. Don't get me wrong, they were great phones, but crappy PDAs & data devices.

Seriously- what was the point of coming here and starting this thread, other than just to get your jollies by riling people? If a childish interweb fight is what you want, go join a Star Wars chatroom & say that Spock rules or something. We don't have time for high-school crap here.
