Hi,

I have the Razr V3C from Verizon, and I have an issue with the alarm. The alarm works fine when the phone is on, but once I turn the phone off, the alarm doesn't work. The alarm doesn't go off at all when the phone is off, no matter how I set it. I read on the internet that other people don't have problems with their v3c's alarm when the phone is off..so hopefully someone can tell me what I can do to make it work when the phone is off....

My boyfriend also has the same problem with his alarm. His phone is the Motorola E815.
