HOW DO YOU CHANGE V3i HOUSING?

my friend had 2 small dents on his v3i by accidentally hitting the arm chair... 
1) speakerphone part - just below the battery cover
2) front part- just below the mouthpiece
if you unscrew the v3i, are both these parts attached permanently to the phone or 2 separate assemblys?
