Duplicate contacts listed on Razor V3

I am using MOTO's phone tools version 4 , and when I send the contacts to the phone, I am getting duplicate contact entrys.

Such as

Mary Smith Home phone number
Mary Smith Cell Phone Number

And so on. in phone tools, I set it too right to the phone and not the SIM, I am on Cingulars Network with a 64k Sim.

Am I missing something here?

go into the phonebook setup on the handset (press menu while the phonebook is showing and scroll to the bottom part of the list). Choose View: Primary Contacts instead of View: All Contacts. Done.

and to set a number as primary, go to the phonebook entry, press the menu key, select "Set Primary" and only that entry will show. To see other numbers under the same entry press "View" and then scroll up or down.
