Should I do it, or just get a new one?

My ear piece speaker on my V3 is crapping out and it needs replaced. I can either send my phone back to the company I bought it from and they will send me a brand new v3, or I can attempt to replace it myself. I have only had my phone for about 10 days, but I really don't want to have to use my V551 while I am waiting on a new v3...

As easy as it may be, if its under warranty, and isnt a huge inconvienience I say get it replaced!

Did you not purchase it from a Corporate Cingular store?

I purchased it from a dealer off ebay, unbranded unlocked

If youre certain theyll replace it, and at 10 days they should, Id have it replaced. If the thing was a year old thats one thing, but if a phone isnt even 2 weeks old, wouldnt you rather have a new perfect phone then a repaired one?
