HELP! Razor v3c acting up!!!

I recently purchased the Razr V3C, as of recent it has been acting up today with such as a full battery charge that will sometimes just shut off on me. When I turn it on, there is sometimes a flashing screen; at other times it is just a screen with alot of snow. I have searched before I started my first post and I have not found anything that could answer my problem. Can anybody help me? I need this phone to keep in contact with people that are important to me!
