And I don't really believe your friend's information: the lowest hourly rate anyone in my region is getting(in sales) is $10.50. There are 3 reps in my store making over $15 base. FWIW, my base including at-risk commission is around 44K. Since I was hired, I haven't had a single month where I didn't make at least $400 more than my at-risk. |
