V400 Stuck in bootloader mode

Hi. Hopefully somebody can help me. I have searched the NET exhaustively for an answer to my problem with no luck. I have flashed my v400 several times in the past successfully. However, the last time I did it it remained in bootloader mode despite a successful flash. I have tried with several different flash files and it still won't exit bootloader mode. I have also tried leaving the battery out for long periods of time. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions or ideas out there would be appreciated. Thank you.
