Moto Razr V3 not letting me save downloads..help please

I have a Moto Razr through T-Mobile....and it will not let me save ringtones....the ringtone will actually download completely but then it will not give me the option to save....This function worked properly for the first week or two then stopped working...It does not even let me save files that have been received via bluetooth....I did a standard master reset, master clear, and even a "Power Cycle".....has anyone ever had this problem with their razr?
