Need Advice

I had a audiovox 5600 that I was using that was dropped in water, so it's dead. I will probably be looking on ebay to find a good deal on a new phone. I dont have to have another one like it necessarily. The one feature I would love is wifi, but I'd love to stay with a smaller phone if possible. Also is it hard to get a phone unlocked by cingular if its not one of their phones. Anyway just looking for suggestions on what phone to get.
