Please suggest a GSM ( Cingular) phone I can get with relative ease for under $100 bucks on ebay.
Color screen and camera are prefered.

If you dont mind getting a used phone on EBAY then I recommend the Motorola V600. (CAMERA is actually pretty good on the phone)
