My razr wont transfer a video clip

Using Motorola Phone Tools, i can click on the video file i want to transfer to the phone but it does nothing. It does this with all of them. Anyone know what the problem is?

Are you doing this under "File Transfer" or "MMS"? What version are you running? If it's not 4.0, then maybe you need to get the updated version?
