Hi. I just recieved my xv6700 from asurion insurance and it seems that my new 6700 has a loose screen. My first one had no very little if any movement in the screen unless you made an effort to slide it into landscape mode. My new screen feels as if it is not attached 100% and has room for movement without sliding the screen. Have any of you guys had issues like this? I think it may be because asurion sends out re-maunufactured phones to replace broken ones. Should I call and complain or just deal with it?

I have verizon wirelss. Their was no trick I have had the insurance on all of my phones for the last 4 or 5 years. When i bought xv6700 they asked if I wanted to keep my insurance and I said yes, and that's all she wrote.

yes they do send out messed up phones. I think that the phones with the wobly screens were of the firs ones made. I know, I went through 4. taking them back untill they gave me another one with the tighter screen and ..... a screen without dead pixels
coopey16, do not wait demand a new phone.... without the wobbly slide and without the dead pixels.... that really was a messed up batch of phones. I can't even say look at the rom version because they have the updated roms. Just get on them about that poorly made phone. I've seen them done so poorly as the plastic on the top of the landscape side pulled away from the silver bottom.....brand new out of the box
Good luck, I hope that helps... (verizon stores in Detroit)
