Razr bluetooth Passkey

I resently bought a Razr V3 from a friend. everything works fine but when I try to connect to a bluetooth hedset it It asks for a passkey. he does not remember the passkey and I have tried numerous standard keys, 1234, 0000000, etc. Does anyone know how to reset this passkey so I can use the bluetooth function.

If it's a Motorola headset then the default passkey should be "0000"

Yup, its always 0000.
