Unable to establish Internet connection

I need my Palm TX to be able to connect to the Internet through regular GSM data/CSD (not GPRS), and my mobile phone is Siemens CX75.
I have done my bluetooth phone setup from my Palm device (set up for wireless connection, and set up for a data service). I've made sure the dial up number, User ID, and the password are all correct.
The bluetooth connection between my Palm and my phone (CX75) is working. When I tried to establish the dial up connection, I can see my phone is receiving a "Data" connection, but after a while, I got "Call Ended" from my phone.

Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate. Thanks
